🎤 Acts that perform without instruments should complete the standard🎤 vocalist/tracks application form. Yellow form
🎸 Any act using instruments in their performance — including bands, duos, solo🎸 performers with instruments, or any live musicians — must complete the musicians/band application form. Blue form
This helps our technical team prepare the correct staging, sound, and setup requirements for your performance.
